Judea is ruled by the Romans. The Jews are the religious force in the region. The Jews have power and augment that power by colluding with the Romans. The Romans reciprocate because it's easier to control a population via the Jews than it is by direct military intervention. The relationship between the Jews and Romans is one of convenience.

Then Jesus arrives. He speaks the truth. He starts to get a following, and in doing that he is pulling away people who are influenced by the local Jews. The Jews are losing power because of Jesus speaking the truth, and he did speak the truth. The Jews need to get him removed to avoid losing power. However, the Jews have no real power to crucify people. Crucifixion was a Roman power mechanism. The Jews went to Pontius Pilate and asked for help in removing Jesus. They wanted him crucified. It was the Jews' idea to do that. It was instigated by the Jews, not the Romans. The Romans were very reluctant to do that because Jesus posed no military threat to the Romans. The Romans were a military power, not a religious power, so Jesus was not a threat to their power. But he was a threat to the power of the Jews, and the Jews wanted him crucified to stop him gaining power. If the Jews could defeat Jesus that way, then they could regain power over the people. If the people could see what the Jews could do to him, then they hoped the people would follow them instead of Jesus.

The Jews had no power to conduct crucifixions, but they needed a crucifixion, so they asked Pilate. He was reluctant to do that, but as the governor of that province, it was easier to deal with the Jews rather than having to use military force, so reluctantly they arrested him and crucified him. Normally the Romans would crucify someone over the course of a week, but Jesus was only up on the cross for about six hours. That shortened time showed how reluctant the Romans were to crucify Jesus — they only did it on behalf of the Jews, as a token crucifixion to keep the Jews content, rather than as a full Roman execution. It was not nice. He then left. He also left a rich treasure of truth for everybody.

Now that Jesus was gone, the Jews picked up what he said and started to preach it. They started selling the truth to the people. In other words:

This is how the Jews picked up the truth and started to sell it to the people, and masqueraded and impersonated Jesus to gain power and following. They wanted to crucify him to gain his power also. "If we kill him, then we get his crown."

So the Jews worked with the State (the Romans) to bring down Jesus and then control the people using Jesus' words as something to sell.

To this day that is the same configuration. The Catholic Church is Jews selling Jesus to you. Selling Jesus for a price. "If you obey us we will give you more. You must pay us for Jesus." So this started 2,000 years ago and it is here today. Exactly the same. The Government of Ireland works with the Catholic Church to control the people. Same way, there still is a link between the Church and the State.

Every Catholic Church in the world is a group of Jews selling Jesus to you.
